Is ICR a GOP-related firm?

That sounds like good news especially the registered voter number. The Dems "get out the vote" push could end up hurting them if a bunch of those new voters go GOP. Around here I see more Bush signs in lower-middle-class neighborhoods than in upper-middle-class neighborhoods which are generally Kerry enclaves. I've been seeing Bush stickers on the work trucks driven by my Mexican neighbors too.
