Anyone know what "can" happen if my Dr. performs test NOT nessasary/asked for/consented to on me just to pad the bill?????

Tony -- I'm not sure exactly what you want to know. My practice is limited to suing insurance companies, so I can probably answer your question if you'll flesh it out some. Did your doctor do tests that you did not consent to? If so, you may have a professional negligence claim. Is your insurer denying bills because it claims they weren't medically necessary? If so, your state's insurance code probably defines the hoops it has to jump through. Feel free to IM me if you want.

Medical Battery, Malpractice, call the insurance company (see how he likes getting sued and banned), if you are a government patient, try a qui-tam action against him. Call your local white shoe firm and ask for help. Call three or four, and take the one with the lowest cut.
