From their mission statement it sounds like a group living off borrowed fed money, for a cause they believe in but want us to pay for, who protests every time they're told that there is no more money. Not surprised this Obama voter employee thought that was funny.
They probably do very good work with everyone else's money. I took my sons to Arlington when they were young(8 and 12) we watched the changing of the guard early before the bus loads of tourists arrived; it was a wonderful experience.
