I mean really, regardless of how you feel about killing feral cats, anyone who is as hung up on that activity as this guy is a loser. I don't know about you guys, but my life has a whole bunch of sources of satisfaction. To think that this nitwit devotes this much time to just thinking about killing cats or talking about it shows exactly what a zero-life dipshit he actually is. My advice? He needs to get laid and stop taking his personal shortcomings out on random animals. If killing cats is what he doevotes this amount of energy to, clearly his life lacks any significant meaning. I have not been following this, so I may be missing something, but if all he is doing is shooting feral cats that are pests then what is the problem? I shoot coyotes and marmots for farmers who are having problems with them here in Wa. all the time is that wrong to? If all he is doing is pest control then I say leave him alone.

I have a cat that is neutered and in doors which is where they should be. cats are not considered "domesticated" animals and are not protected. From a legal stand point cats are right up there with prarie dogs and gophers. The only legal issue you could face would be destroying someones property which would be difficult to prove. They would have to show that you intentionally or knowingly deprived someone of there property.
Definetely a moral issue unless you know they are your neighbors cats. |

MY GF'S CAT HAS BEEN PISSING ON EVERTHING IN THE HOUSE AS OF LATE. I SPOKE WITH THE VET AND THEY SAID HE DOES THIS BECAUSE HE STILL HAS HIS NUTS. THEY INFORMED ME THAT SINCE HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHILE THAT HE WILL CONTINUE AFTER HIS NUTS ARE REMOVED. THE PROCEDURE WILL COST $75 AND WILL PROBABLY NOT HELP. Since you seem to be coming up a few short, city boy, let me give you a clue: Baiting animals is not in an of itself the sign of "thrill killing", "sick fun", or a "sick fuck". It is, in fact, a legal, ethical, legitimate, and commonly employed hunting tactic. Just like you using cheese or peanut butter to lure a mouse to a trap with the ultimate goal of snapping the little critter's neck (you do know that some people keep mice as pets, don't you?), or setting out decoys to appeal to a duck, or putting a worm on a hook to catch a fish, or using a can of tuna to lure feral cats out to where you can get a clean shot at them. What's the difference? Personally, I would be much more worried about the individual who claims he would kill fellow humans without hesitation or remorse. Ironic which one gets labaled as the potential serial killer. Lastly, it's been quite a while since I've read a comic book and don't know what Half-life is, much less play it. It's like there are two different conversations going on here.
OF COURSE it is acceptable to kill feral cats (or stray) if they are interefering with or damaging your property, livestock, whatever. I don't belive anyone would argue with that - no different from shooting or killing any other vermin. By the same token, OF COURSE it is unacceptable to kill small animals purely for one's own enjoyment. Doning so speaks volumes about how screwed up and sick a person is. These two issues are not even remotely related, and I'd guess we all agree on them, so I'm not sure why people are all worked up about this. Can't well all just get along?
