Been a long time since I posted a dinner pic, so here goes. Sorry no firearm this time. Steak, seared on a pan then baked for 15mins. Stove top stuffing. Beef flavored. Man toaster, that steak was perfect too. Done medium, just a hint of pink in the middle. The mushrooms were a nice compliment to the taste. Wished I coulda had a baked potato though.

Sounds overcooked to me. Set it next to the burning grill on a plate. Add fresh ground black pepper, roasted garlic, bring in and serve. Moo... wannabe

Pre-treated with black pepper on both sides and salt on the fat then grilled over mesquite wood, 5 mins per side. On the side, farfalle (bowtie) pasta with parmesan cheese and garlic salt, mushrooms sauteed in butter with just a touch of garlic salt. Accompanied by a good Cabernet. I prefer hickery or oak... mesquite has a flavor to it I don't care for.
