I want a fun gun. Maybe a carbine or a shotgun. Something that you can play around with but can also be used for home defense. Maybe a Ruger PC9 carbine? Ruger website list them as $600 suggested price but I assume I can find one cheaper. ?? thanks

An AK variant from Arsenal Inc. or a M1 Carbine from Auto Ordinance.

Send the cash to me and stay home. You'll be tired after a hard work week.

Or a 9mm upper and some mags.

keep the cash, go in with a suit and canoe and get the guns for free, just stroll right one out. Or better yet get some friends with ATF shirts and storm it and take everyones guns.

+1 however forget the mags. Could get easily 5 receivers with money left for a nice meal.
Even if a ban happens mags are never that much.

Along with a cheap made in China knife, tattoo, kettle korn, a tee shirt (emblem of your choice), some bumper stickers and the scent of many unbathed people. At least that is what you get most of the time at the gunshows around here.

buy a second ak or second ar so the ammo and parts are interchandeable. buy lots of mags and ammo and spare parts. then get sand bags from the red cross(tell them you may have to build a dyke)

then stock up on water and peanut butter.

that way when the dems rebel on nov 3, you're ready for them.

AND I"M KIDDING, OF COURSE!

kind of.

Arsenal or Vector AK folder... Just in case Kerry is elected.

If 5 bills will not get it at the show, it will just about via normal ordering. (Vector = $490 + shp + FFL = appx $540 or so.)

That is what I am in the market for.

Buy a box of Depends for when you piss yourself laughing at the geezers selling Pre-ban AR's for $1500.

Actually, last weekend I saw a guy selling Brown Bear and Silver Bear in 7.62 for $39/$43 after tax per 500. Best price I've seen in awhile so I stocked up for my SAR1

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm actually going to the Georgia Mountain gun show in Carrollton. Its not the biggest show in the state but its the only one that comes to this neck of the woods. I'll keep my eye out for an nice looking AK clone.

If you happen to see one, pick up a Marlin Camp 45. Really fun, accurate, and reliable carbine that eats from 1911 mags. I love mine.

heck get a used remington 870 for defense (like $200) then buy ammo and all the "tactical" goodies for it.
or buy a mech tech conversion for 1911 or Glock then you got a carbine and a handgun in one. the MSRP is from $300-375

+1

I just mailed my order in today. They will not be around forever and certainly not at these prices.

Could you get an autograph of a Navy SeAL for me?
Link Posted: 10/13/2004 5:05:22 PM EST
Buy a ton of ammo. The Aussie 7.62 NATO is a good deal now, if you have that caliber. Come to think of it, buy a bunch of 7.62 NATO even if you don't. It's a great round and there are some nice FALs around for when you get more money.
