$10,000,000 could compile a nice dossier complete w/ location and leave enough to fund a team going in to extract Bin Laden (or bring back the head and hands for identification). It could be a possibility.

Negotiate a standard contract, half up front, half upon delivery.

And what, may I ask, is so funny about that? All GWB needs to do is contract out a team of four highly trained retail security specialists to take Bin Laden out. These operators are known to the public as Mall Ninjas, but since Ninjutsu is so small a part of their training, it's a misnomer. Skilled in every form of Eastern martial art, As well as all forms of Modern CQB and members of all four branches of the armed services(a standard requirement), as well as being thge world's finest marksmen, and greatest athletes, they are the only people for the job. $10M would buy them some new equipment, though there may be several dozen applicants for the mission. I would suggest at least narrowing it down to those guards who veterans of Korea, 'Nam and Desert Storm, and have been a Marine sniper, a Navy SEAL, and a Green Beret. Black Ops for POTUS a plus. This should get you the cream of the crop. They supply their own tabi boots. Anyone wishing to get in touch with these decicated, patriotic operators, can do so through me. Juggernaut

Of course! All long arms used by these men and women, the most professional of all combat operators, will be supplied by Special Weapons, LLC. Superior in every possible way to the inferior quality weapons made by HK, and used by the pikers in other services, SW firearms represent the end-all of quality and innovation. The gracious and polite proprietor, Todd Bailey, only wishes that Heckler and Koch, owned by British Aerospace, woulld stop stealing all of his ideas. He intends to purchase their company, to prevent this corporate espionage and theft. The skilled craftsmen of SW work unceasinly to provide high quality workmanship. Should a weapon's cocking tube, such as that of an SW5, be welded out of line, and gritty in finish, they would never consider allowing one of their operators to take tis gun into the line of fire. They will instead pass it off to Tony of Gat Guns, with their proprietary 10 round magazine. Their sidearms, alas, cannot be supplied by SW, as all of Todd's designs were stolen by HK(notice here that the P9, P7, and USP were all originally Todd's innvations), and Todd, gentleman and scholar that he is, has spent so much of his working capital on QC, that he cannot sue for breach of patent. Thus, rather than carry inferior handguns by HK, they steadfastly keep their Jennings .25 autos. Remember, it's not caliber or cost, it's all in shot placement. Why don't you take $2,000, fly to a nice scenic country like Austria or the Swiss Alps and shoot yourself in the head with a handgun? It would save you time, money and you would at least get to see some pretty country before you died needlessly. Do you REALLY think a band of yahoos could just walk into Afghanistan and pick Binny up and bring him home? The Russians spent 10 years and God knows how many Rubles and didn't kill him (not that they were targeting him specifically). He has a HUGE band of loyal followers that are well armed and battle tested. Just because they wear rags on their heads and ride camels don't think that they aren't a formidable fighting force. They've repelled some of the largest and best armed armies in the world throughout the ages. I hope you're just kidding. [:)] If you go though, be sure to take out a million dollar life insurance policy on yourself and make me the beneficiary... for all the sound advice I just gave you. [:D] Ok, you're kidding. I was being too serious. [:)] Maybe we could dress Frank the Spank up like Binny and sell him to the German... Humm...

Who said yahoos and mall ninjas? There are plenty of scout snipers, seals and spec ops guys that hate being civilians and would rather be "working" instead of working. There were guys who would have never left the Corps if Clinton wouldn't have downsized it. They would rather be in the Corps and getting loaned out to other agencies for contract work rather than selling cars in the midwest. I like the Frank the Spank idea. We could sell him, notify the Taliban that we have Bin Laden, and then he would come out of hiding to say it wasn't him and then we could pick him up. Sure, it could happen.

Trust me, the thought has crossed many or our minds.

I can just see four or five yoyos showing up at the airport trying to check their AR-15's on a round trip flight to Afghanistan. Exactly what we need right now. Whaddya mean there are no flights into that country? Surely they have an airport or something. Do we have to declare our guns in customs when we get there?
