Do all of it!

Draw down on em,

Don't admit to anything,

Shoot, shovel, shut up,

Lawyer up,

Hit it,

and last, but not least....nuke em from orbit!!

My advice depends....

Are you planning on bailing on your debt?  If so, one payment shouldn't provide any ethical twinges.

Are you planning on paying all of your debt?  Then make the payment, or at least call and let them know it will be late.  You may even be able to negotiate a payback schedule without a lawyer.
