Lotsa Luck is mine.

A really funny show that never caught on, too racy for the times is my guess.

Probably heard of it. But my favorite sleeper show is "Arrested Development."

"Freaks and Geeks" was also a great one that didn't become huge that should have.

Arrested Development FTW.

It started to get popular and then it died.

I liked Mortal Kombat: Conquest when it was on.

Had lot's of cheesy parts in it but was a good popcorn series.

Was the first time I saw Angelica Bridges......

Cupid - with Jeremy Piven

Decent premise and good writing, got great reviews, but ABC wouldn't give it time to build an audience.

Lasted one season

Jericho - most folks outside this board had never heard of it.

Watched both seasons a few months back. Great show. Supposedly Showtime is doing a movie to wrap up some loose ends.

Brimstone (only one partial season) and G vs. E were two great shows that didn't get a fair shake, IMO.

Freaks and Geeks was good, so was Undeclared. Kinda funny how Apatow's TV shows didn't make it big, but now he could put anything on a movie screen and it would make bank.

UFO

A great (but now dated) series with aliens that breathed green liquid, cool spaceships with nuclear tipped missiles, subs, underound bases, and chicks with purple hair and chainmail miniskirts.

Pineapple Express was fucking retarded. Stoner flicks are only good if you're stoned, which the main characters CLEARLY were, in actuality, through the course of the movie. It was unfunny and awkward.

As for the OP's question.. A couple years ago I would have said 'Firefly', but word-of-mouth and Serenity seem to have gotten a lot more people hip to the show.

Only one that I remember is "Harry O."
It starred David Jansen, the guy from "The Fugitive."
Nobody I meet has ever heard of it.

"Open All Night"

It was freakin' HILARIOUS!

Almost exactly like "Married with Children" but came BEFORE it!

Even had Bubba Smith, dumbbass dad, hot Mom, etc

I THINK same folks created it.

Arrested Development was GENIUS!

Youse guys are making me feel old.  I don't recognize most of the shows mentioned, and of the ones I recognize I couldn't stand most of them.  I did used to watch Have Gun Will Travel, though.  My earliest memories of TV stuff includes news broadcasts about the Korean War, 1952-1953.  I remember seeing Harry Truman on TV and later, Dwight Eisenhower, the McCarthy communist hearings, etc, etc.

One of my favorite shows as a kid was "I Led Three Lives", 1953-1956, about a guy who infiltrated the American Communist Party for the FBI.  I also never missed "Highway Patrol" (1955-1959) with Broderick Crawford, or the first generation "Dragnet" series with Jack Webb.  In the early series they weren't afraid to shoot people when they needed it, and the last series with Harry Morgan as Webb's partner was so dumbed down and PC that it was kinda like the later series "The FBI" with Efrem Zimbalist Jr.  That series was like a dumb ass PC training film for the FBI, and everyone always drove Fords and nothing else.

I remember stuff on TV that very, very few young people today have ever heard of, or even heard of the historical setting or premise for those shows.
