Nothing to see here.......we got that much here in that time frame in November.......got first 71" in 12 hours......meh......nothing to see, move along

Having said that, you people on the big lakes up there do indeed get a shit ton of snow.

I personally know of people who got approximately 6' in less than a day near Buffalo, NY.

Areas of Buffalo got 6+ feet this year and in 1999 when I lived there. The issue is that the recording station is actually the airport for the city as a whole. So when the south towns get lake effect and the airport doesn't = no record.
