 Assault is threatening physical violence, I am pretty sure that giving someone the finger isn't assault. Then, attacking someone with a nightstick while they flee? Assault with a deadly weapon. Say its real, and a cop really did this, tack on the civil rights abuse charges, and he would be in some serious shit. |

Sorry, he was violent. He could have had anyting in his hands and when he did give the finger he did so unexpectedly and with surprise. The actual finger wasn't assault, but his actions were. |

Well I think with a little common sense you will see it is some fucking idiots who watch too much WWF.
I would be willing to bet $20000 this is staged. Just because of the soft beating alone. If I hit you like that with a baton you sure as hell arent gonna be all fine and okay.
