No idea it was satanic. I just thought it was gay.

Yoga is from India. So are Indians. And what else do Indians do? They buy up hotels. So OP is trying to get us to stay at his hotel but not the others, because we'll all be sacrificed in Black Masses in the other hotels. Fr fr no cap. |

Quoted: I link all that yoga stuff to new age mentality. No thanks. I only need to meditate on the word of God. View Quote Yep. There is a definite spiritual element to the practice of yoga, which is often thought of as no more than focused stretching. It’s scary because the spiritual element is often ignored, making it possible to have it encouraged and provided for by employers and government that would otherwise eschew officially sponsored religious practices. Many people who practice it have experienced the opposite of relaxation and inner peace. And no wonder. It opens one up to demonic influence like other New Age practices. |

What if an atheist did yoga, would the demons still get them?
|
|
I don't think it's wise to dismiss anything linked to the occult, or non-Christian worship, so easily. Not saying just jump in, I'm saying think about it. The warning in the OP likely has some legitimacy.
I haven't been to a Yoga class. My perception is like most - it's body work, stretching, etc. and not a religious exercise by any stretch. That said, perhaps American Yoga is a bastardized version of some Hindu worship, in which case caution is certainly worth while. How many people making fun of the OP, knows it well? Can the devil take your soul for stretching? Probably not. Can he do so for inviting a pagan God into your soul? Definitely. |

I think George and Kathy are both dead, not that it matters... There's like 24 Amityville movies.. People having making money off the murders for years... To be honest, I always wanted to buy the house and turn it into a bed and breakfast per se... Spend the night in the Amityville house!!! You know there's people that would pay to... So.. stretching and breathing intentionally are satanic?
I guess if God really loves you, you'll remain flexible without stretching? What does this pastor have to say about physical therapy? I get that some yoga programs include a bunch of eastern mysticism practices, but most of yoga has nothin* to do with that. which poses are satanic? Or is it just all of them? this guy's sex life must be awful boring. There's only one a Christian position missionary. ![]() |

I did 2 online yoga classes and my overhead squat improved to the point that coaches had me demonstrate it in class
OMG you can't spell demonstrate without demon. What have I done? |

While there may be some truth that at one time the movements of Yoga had a spiritual component. I don't think yoga has anymore to do with religion now than calisthenics do with a Catholic mass (sit, kneel, stand, repeat).
