WELL LET ME TELL YA: The best damn recipe for SourKraut and Sausage. You will need. 1 frying pan large. 1 cooking pan 4/7 qt. 3# Johnsonville Bratwurst 1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced or Diced 1 Orange Bell Pepper Sliced or Diced 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced or Diced 2 Habanero Diced (you can use less) with seeds 1 Onion 2 Jars (qt) of Klassuen SourKrout or whatever kind you like Cut Brats up into peices and put into frying pan Dice Onion and throw that into frying pan to Dice One Habenaro and throw it in as well Fry all this until Brat is done (some crunchy stuff is good) and onions are clear, Med/MedHI heat Dice the peppers and the other Habanero and throw those in your cook pot and wait for frying pan stuff is done. Drain Sourkrout (I don't wash Klaussen but you may have to wash others) and put that into your cook pot. And start that simmering. Take your Fry Pan and dump the mixture of Greese, Habenero and Onion into your cook pot. The grease helps turn the Kraut a nice brown. Cook all this in your Cook Pot until the Vegtables are soft, or until you get so hungry you can't stand it.Med/MedHI heat.. EAT A BUNCH. The AR15.com Cook. Ben
