Under 25. 170 pounds, about 5,10. I should probably loose 10-15 pounds, as most of it isn't muscle. I have decent sized arms, and go to the gym 2-3 times a month. My lifestyle is not active in the sense that I exercise. However I am frequently mowing lawns, washing/detailing cars, etc.
Have had them since I was about 10, when I was pretty overweight. I became MUCH less fat when I was about 14-15. Is it just me needing to loose weight or is it one of things that will require surgery? They're quite annoying... Btw, no flaming....seriously |

This just caused me to run an archive search for Gene5's famous "Are You Proud Of Yer Man Boobs" thread from a few years back.
Strangely enough, it's not in there. I wonder if it got deleted before archiving? |

Focus on fat loss through cardio and weights. Get one of those body fat scales. If you're below 12% body fat (just guessing here) and still have them of noticeable size, consider a trip to the doctor to see if it's breast or fat tissue in there. If it's breast tissue, you'll have to have it cut out.
NOTICE: I have no idea what I'm talking about here. |
|
Loose weight? That might be your issue right there. You might want to lose that loose weight.
You actually need to work in some intense cardio since it sounds like you lack it. Throw in some pushups here and there, focusing on working those pecs. |
|
Push ups
Bench press & flyes Chest dips Pull overs Pull ups Cardio will burn any extra fat. |

Buddy of mine from way back has had them starting about 35 years or so.
After about 10 years of it (he was a liitle heavy, but not obese) he got fed with them and started getting in shape. Really put on some arm size, ripped abs,etc but STILL a heavy C cup! Simply could not lose the mantits. He gave up and went back to being a fat beer swiller. Much less noticeable that way. |
|
I saw BOOBS in the title and clicked in. There is only fat hairy man tits in here.
THIS THREAD...... FAILS BADDLY !!!!! |

I know a guy who had massive bitch tits from steroid use. Lots of guys get bitch tits from steroid use. He used to flatten them with tape and elastic clothing to flatten them. Exercise and weight loss will not get rid of your tits. It is tissue behind your nipples that it sensitve to estrogen (a byproduct of testosterone) which causes enlargement and fibrous tissue. The only way to get rid of fibrous tissue is via surgery He eventually got surgery to remove the tissue. It cost $10,000 and insurance covered the whole thing. Nowadays insurance covers virtually nothing since it is considered cosmetic surgery. Save up and get surgery. Do not listen to the guys who recommend massive weight loss. You have excess fibrous tissue...only surgery will eliminate it. |

smoking dope causes man boobs. Not saying you did or do Ha. and flogging the dolphin makes you go blind/grow hair on your palms!! To the OP: Exercise for christ's sake. 2-3 times a month aint enough. start jogging or finding some other sort of cardio and do that for about 45 mins 3-4 times a week. The lifting will help too but I'd say your main focus should be cardio to burn up dem moobs |

When you smoke it you absorb lots of estrogen, you know the female hormone that grows boobs. |

My wife's younger cousin had man-boobs a couple of years ago in high school, where he was a varsity basketball player (he did not use anabolic steroids or smoke dope ).
His parents sent him to a plastic surgeon to remove the tissue, and he has done well being boob-free |

Oh wait, that'd be a negative thing for you. |
