Why do I start to shake uncontrollably and my face itches when arfcom goes down?

when I click on a post, 90 percent of the time I get a screen that says "website not responding"

This is a denal of service attack, Someone Doent like AR15.com
the fact that Full-auto is down as well tells me that its some dork with an agenda. |
