I got mine about 2 weeks ago but I didn't get the ones you got. Mine were exactly the same as the old ones except they were polished. I topped em off with a new set of 31" BFG All Terrains though! [:)]

No kidding! I am getting 31"ers when they come in. I have a 2000 XE model. I understand that you have to trim some of the wheel well to fit 31" tires, is that right? What and where will I have to trim? Thanks! [beer]

Yep you have to trim. Only the plastic part that the front mudflaps bolt to though. What I did was I went to the dealership and bought the front mudflaps for a 2003. These are already shaped to fit 31". They are only $20.00, very easy to install and it will be obvious what needs trimmed when you compare them to the 2000's. They also look much better IMHO. Will try post pics as soon as I get a chance.
