???

Personally I thought I'd move to NYC when I was older since it was where you could find any book, video or record you wanted to.  If you wanted some "urban legend" type video, a concert or just a regular bootleg, you could find them relatively easily.  In the suburbs you would have to "know someone" would maybe just have a grainy 6th generation VHS copy of what you wanted.  Or you could possibly find some fly by night mail order catalog that may or may not rip you off.  These days, one can pretty much find anything they want in terms of media, so I'm perfectly content not living there.

Wouldn't change a thing...I would however make sure that US Cavalry was still sending me a catalog.

I remember a time before the internets and eye-pods, a time when TV was without color.

The internet has open everyones eyes to just how fucked-up a LOT of places are.

Pre-internet, I lived in PRK for awhile.

Post-Internet, I avoid that state like the plague.

No, if not for the high-speed 'net, I would much rather live out in the country...

If there was no internet, I'd still live out in the sticks and go into town to the public library once a week.  I'd probably be better off that way actually.
