No, it isn't modified. That is just how everybody gets away with selling +10rd magazines on eBay, the just say 10rds per eBay. How would eBay know without inspecting every single magazine sold?

No, it isn't modified. That is just how everybody gets away with selling +10rd magazines on eBay, the just say 10rds per eBay. How would eBay know without inspecting every single magazine sold?

damn it people how many times to i have to explain ebays server is in komifornia there for according to sb23 u cant "display for sale" high caps even thu the mag may be someplace else the add techoncaly is in California ie on ebays server

Yeah, I didn't realize what was going on either when I first saw a few people doing it. But I cruise eBay a lot looking around at the mostly overpriced junk and see tons of "Preban 30rd magazines unblocked 10rd per eBay" mags. It's kind of comical to read some peoples descriptions of things.

Unfortunately eBay banned auctions of hi-cap mags long before the law changed in the PRK. They did it at the same time they banned firearm auctions. Both were done in the name of political correctness and had nothing to do with any local laws.

its gone because he didn't word it right- its all about the wording of the auction. i have sold ruger 10/22 30 rounders, ak47 30's and ak74 30s with no trouble.

" these are 10 round mags, ebays rules do not allow mags over 10 listed anyway"
" it is 1x3x 8 inches in size "

that should be just fine and would probably past the inspection.

I think ebay has a new inspecter my mags got dumped 2x in a row. They even got dumped after I reworded the item desription.
