Seems like we've been slacking for a week!



I've been on TDY this week doing some interesting, hardcore PT. Lots of HIIT and functional circuit training. Won't get back into the groove of things until next week since I'm not in charge of PT here, so I can't keep track of the workouts.




But for the rest of you... POST UP!

Yesterday I did the P90X, Chest Shoulders and Triceps routine.  Today I did 40 minutes on my treadclimber, resistance at level 9.

Today:

Dynamic Warmup

10 x 400m intervals starting at 2:30 at a 1:30 pace. Interval decreased five seconds per lap. (Basically, the faster you ran the more rest you had until next interval started)

50 Flutter Kicks

50 Leg Lifts

50 Sit-ups
