Ordered them on Monday, got them on Wednesday. They are new, 15-round FACTORY SIG mags and they only cost $18.99 a pop.
 They are LE marked. CDNN calls them "demo" mags, whatever that means.  Also got some new, in wrapper steel FAL mags for $8.99 each, and they come with a stripper clip. |

Just ordered three for my P228. I wanted more, but I goootta watch the budget - when we change over to the P226 DAK, I'm buying my current sidearm.

Demo mags are police trade ins normally..used but in good shape. congrats on your new toys!!

Yeah, I called on Friday and they had over 380. I looked on their website on Sat morning and they were sold out. If you slap a $9.99 price tag on them, they arent gonna sit on the shelves!!! |

Some are also afraid of running into Barney Fife and having problems with them being stamped...I am sort of in between...I would prefer them to be unmarked, but I will wind up getting LEO mags if I have to... |

I think they are the distributor type. Not sure if you can go into their shop but I was told you couldn't. I'm about 6 hours from them and let the US Mail do the work........ |

They sure are purrrrr-dy ! ! ! ! ! I placed an order with CDNN on Monday, around 2:00 p.m. Ordered "demo" mags for my P-228 and my Beretta 92. Also a couple of "new" Mec-Gar P-228 mags. But mine did not show up today ! ! ! ! Maybe TOMMORROW ! ! If so, I'll post my results. YeeeeeeeeHaaaaaa ! ! ! |

I recieved mine today as well, did you all notice the date code on all of them?
091494 or 09/14/94 Looks like they made a butt load and now want to unload them. That's fine with me I think I'll order a few more.

Technically, I think that’s considered the SN, not a date code. I believe all Sig hi-caps made during the AWB had that same number.

I believe it is a date code to indicate the mags were made after the ban took affect. Could be wrong. Anybody else have any ideas as to what else the number could mean?

FWIW – I just received a couple of “demo” LEO P229 40 S&W mags from CDNN. I also received a new one from them.
While in decent shape, the demo mags are definitely used and show a fair amount of blueing wear. The demo mags are the old style with the witness holes along the back of the magazine. The new mag is the new style with the witness holes along the right side of the mag. I prefer the old style, but I’ll take what I can get – esp. at these prices!! |
