Our teenage daughter asked I find a 4 to 12 hour training class in self defense for her this summer. We live in northeast Missouri but willing to drive up to 200 miles one way. If you are aware of any in my general area please post a reply. She is in excellent physical condition as takes 8 hours weekly of competitive dance/gymnastics for past several years so not afraid of it being physically intense. She has her own handgun and has been shooting it or 22 for years-VERY good with it and has had professional training so need class for physical self defense only. Thanks!!!!!
