Let me tell ya...That F*#!er is heavy! Man, my arms were like jello by the end. I have massive respect for the guys in WW2 that lugged stuff like that all over Europe for 5+ years
I got my ass handed to me (score wise), but had alot of fun. Russell ran the rifle stages pretty clean and over all did well. I was going for style points. I shot my Walther P38 and must say, it went better that I had hoped. The reloads were odd (bottom mag catch), but went pretty smooth. If Doug (Ilove2shoot) ever get the video card sorted out, we'll upload MPGS from the shoots. Russell's computer is fried (Thanks for [b]not[/b] getting him that software Juggernaut), but I'm sure he'll have pictures up from the shop in the morning |

If you or any of you are interested, we are meeting at the Cracker-barrel on I-10 at 8am before we drive down to the shoot in Case Grand. If you want to shoot any of our guns, just bring ammo (factory fresh, USA made 9mm and .223 Remington)…
The directions to the shoot are as follows (from Phoenix): 1. Coming from either Phoenix or Tucson, take Interstate 10 to Interstate 8 westbound. 2. Take the Trekkel road exit, and head south. 3. The road will split at Arica Road East, towards Casa Grande Mountain. (The range is at the base.) Take Arica. 4. Arica will turn south. You will see a fenced in Range (Casa Grande P.D. -private) and the public range. |
