So, I have a PS3 I bought myself for X-mas, I want to buy a wireless router to play others on-line (too far for a cable).

I'm also thinking about buy a LapTop (Dell Vestro 1400)... When spec'ing it out, there was a choice between Wireless-b/g and Wireless-n.

My question is will my PS3 work with a wireless-n router -and- if I got the wireless-n option on the laptop, would it work on existing non wireless-n hotspots (airports, schools, etc)?
