Seems like a pretty simple, cool invention.

The peanut butter scene reminded me of something from Two Girls, One Cup.

I'll continue to cut the jar in half with a knife when it almost empty to get the dregs out.

For a moment, I thought you said "push up bras" and my mind drifted away.

What keeps it from squirting out the bottom and giving you peanut butter knuckles when you spin it?

No. Mass produced package prices are finely tuned for profit. A couple cents one way or another, and they won't do it.
Plus, they don't GAF if you throw away some product.

Skippy and Jiff? Probably not. But there will be brands with lesser market share that might be willing to jump on this if it works as advertised. It could be enough to steal some market share.

$.03 is a big cost jump, but if it results in better sales it is more than worth it.

I use a spatula and get every last swipe.  Nuttella could use a better jar, their jar is horrible.  He might be able to sell it to them.  I'm sure that once he has a pat. on it....will be copied, stolen, improved.  Probably worth 10k?

It's amazing to me how people can make ANYTHING look so difficult a rocket scientist couldn't figure it out.

If it is perceived that enough market share will be lost, the big boys will just buy the patent and go on as is.
