He's used the term interchangeably with "pcap" which is a file extension most commonly associated with Wireshark. Wireshark logs ("captures") network traffic visible to the network adapter on the system where it is run. In the case of Lindell, he won't have a packet capture from a network relevant to the election. His previous "proof" of foreign (cyber) interference in the election was a sizeable list of supposed connections which upon two minutes of actual investigation were pretty obviously randomly generated MAC addresses (i.e., a fraud). |

Our election systems are not nearly so sophisticated that this is believable. Fraud would easily be perpetrated at the local precinct level and the county board of elections level by motivated actors and any electronic record of such could easily be deleted or rendered useless.

As you know, information flows across the internet in little packets called, um, packets. They are like an envelope- they have "to" and "from" addresses, as well as the actual information- the stuff in the envelope. PCAP captures these packets, and various programs decode the info and display it in various ways, but Wireshark is the most popular. This is what a packet looks like when it's dissected:

I may watch, mostly for entertainment value.
The day after the election I saw a statistical analysis of the results in several counties near Detroit. The correlation shown could not possibly be done by voters, only by software. Human activities rarely provide correlations above 80%, and this data showed consistently above 94%, usually 96% or higher. Since then I have seen similar analyses from many other counties in multiple "battleground" states, and everything I have seen reinforces my belief that software selected Biden, and the election results are false. |
