At about 15 ft. We have been together 5 years and this is her first time shooting anything centerfire.

For shame! You should have had her shooting 9mms before the second year! By now she might be on 10mm or .45, or maybe even .44 magnum!

As a matter of fact she also shot my G21 and her AR15 for the first time also.

Good for you! My GF loves shooting my 1911 so much that keeping enough ammo on hand is difficult.
