They are probably holding off running them as Kerry is losing fine without their help. No need to open fire unless he shows signs of staying afloat. Rathergate alone might finish him off better than the Swifties could.

Kerry was never authorized as a diplomat to engage in meetings with the communist NVA.
Operating without orders from the State Department, his meeting should be viewed as an unauthorized engagement with an enemy force leadership. |

He was extending an olive branch and trying to find common ground in order to begin a dialogue. He was trying to stop the slaughter of tens of thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese. He was a war hero trying to get our POWs home as soon as possible. He did the same thing Reagan did with the hostages in Iran. Wanna buy a bridge? |
