personally, i would like to have mine (and a bunch of mags) done in all OD, to go along with the furniture (not the futon cover, jackasses)...

You mean you guys really don't like the black finishes out there?!?! I think they look better than the older grey finished ones.
And besides....if they were still grey we couldn't call them the "BLACK rifles".........[:D] |

i like the grey too. I was going to order a Bushmaster flat top upper, but after the last gun show i noticed that all the new ones were black.
My guess is that the black finish is easier to touch up and match instead of varying shades of grey. It would suck to buy a brand new upper and then have to ship it off someplace to have it refinished. I HATE sending stuff off. lib who thinks grey is good [:)] |

I have a nice preban grey Colt and it is my favorite over my preban black bushy. Both rifles are geat... I just really like the grey color.
