Cause in prison when you wear your pants like that it means you TAKE IT IN THE ASS.

No! Don't make the 'low-hanging-pants' hood rats change their pant wearing habits! The last one I chased only made it 20 feet before his pants ended up around his ankles, resulting in an epic face plant. Makes my life a lot easier..

cant really commint either way, ive got a 32'' waist and no gut to hang over my visable waistline. also my pants fit as they should, and my hat points forward, im 41 and no i dont have to dance anymore either
