I'm asking.

This is a major blow to the Globalist/Statist/Corporatist scum that runs the world.
Because the past 20 years have demonstrated that the European Union simply cannot work. By getting out, Britain will be able to instantly reduce the regulatory burden on their businesses and industry and protect themselves against open-doors EU immigration.
It's like California voting to leave the US, but with the reverse effects. |
They might have a chance to apply some type of control to their border.
The true leaders of the EU are not democratically elected and member nations have no right of refusal against any stupid proposals they bring this includes everything from the shape of a bananas and cucumbers to not being allowed to sell eggs by the dozen, they can only be sold by weight not by a fixed amount. What I was most worried about though was the move towards an EU army as I've said before I do not fucking want that at all.
We now get to negotiate our own trade agreements as we couldn't before and overall just more in control of our destiny. |
Because Obama and Hitlery want them to stay in the EU. That should tell you all you need to know!
Britain is spending 200 million dollars a week to prop up the EU. I would like to understand what they were ever getting out of being a member to justify those numbers and the autonomy they give up.
Glad you asked. Now I know. I haven't been able to stay up to date on world events lately.
What has been the latest on this? I can't read through the 33 page thread to find out. |

For England it means the difference between voting for elected officiad that actually control your countries policy and voting for people that get told by people you didn't get to elect what your countries policy will be.

GB never needed the EU.
The EU needed them to suck benefit out of their currency and economy. |

I see it as a buying opportunity as nothing substantial really changed, just different puppets in charge. |

Even if it makes things tougher on them for awhile I'm glad to see that they are standing on their own again. |

As a Hungarian, I'm a remain fan but with changes that need to be done in Brussels.
I do believe in a united Europe because after all.... I think we Euros haven't got our shit together yet after 2 world wars and several civil wars. I'm born American, retired military but live full time in Hungary and while I like the EU, I don't like the mindless bullshit they have done especially with the migrant setup from last year. I want to believe in the EU but with the STUPID pathetic bureacrats in Brussels, I can say that they need to sometimes fuck off. I admire some of the financial perks as it has benefited Hungary immensely, it has a lot of strings attached. Sadly, some of what the EU is saying is true about Europe and their reasoning for bringing in muslim scums is because we EUros are not FUCKING enough is correct. Many of the EU countries have negative birth rates with some actually dying rather slowly. We have the capacity but nothing else. Divorce rate in Hungary is nearly 76 percent statistically..... Nobody loves anymore.....nobody cares anymore...it is like everyone here is some kind of man child not wanting any responsibilities in life. End of the day......I believe in the EU...but when some fucken asshole in Brussels says my coffee shop in Budapest has beans in it that is verboten...I can't help but wonder.....was that the dream? Or the nightmare? |

Just wait until news outlets start running Frexit stories (France Exit).

If it was Britain, France, Germany, etc, that would be one thing, maybe a good thing.
If you have to bring along Italy, Greece and the other socialist nations burdened with near infinite debt, then, no, it's not a good thing. |

Here's a simple analogy:
You live in a house. The house in a neighborhood with 28 other houses. You have an HOA that taxes you. Some houses pay more than others, you being one of them, and some other houses are complete shit shows. Everyone argues and the leaders seek to constantly have more control over all the houses, yours included. Now, rabid dogs are being put into the neighborhood in massive numbers, homeowners are going bankrupt, and no one knows what the fuck they want. You just took a vote in your own home with your husband and adopted kids to remove yourself from the neighborhood and HOA. |
I just like to imagine George Soros kicking whatever dog might be handy.
(or he would, if his fucking legs worked) |
Because being part of the EU means that the poorer countries get to suck at the teats of the richer ones, at least to some extent, and not every country wants to be the "welfare daddy" of the poorer countries. Plus sovereignty.

Germany has been trying to take over Europe for a thousand years or longer. Germany has a deep streak for cultural self destruction, and they are doing it all over again.
Seems smart to cut ties. |
