I've bought and sold a bunch of guns, but now that the last sneaky purchase I made is finally out in the open, (my wife was awestruck at the pre-ban I just bought), it's time to YAHOOOO a little and say thanks to a great dealer, Gary White, that went above and beyond in selling me a super Eagle CAR Pre-ban.

as far as service goes, i can't say they are great, but champion firearms in College Station, Texas has the best prices i can find. i looked in houston, austin, dallas, and a lot of smaller towns trying to find someone to beat them and couldn't find anyone. i dont know how they beat everyone by no less than $30. some a whole lot more than that.

The only local shop I go to anymore is Virginia Arms in Manassas VA. Bernie runs a police/defense store so it is all AR15s, AR10s, the occasional M1A or AK, he even had a .50 in there recently. The only hunting rifles you ever see in there are on the used/trade-in rack.
He's always got a great selection of Beretta, Sig, Glock, Kimber, HK, etc. pistols. He dropped S&W like a hot potato when they sold out.

He also handles the shipping and recieving of Berettas being worked on by Ernest Langdon. I just had a trigger job done on my 92 compact and it feels much smoother. If any of you have a Beretta and want a smoother trigger he's the guy to talk to.

For those in the DC area, you may have heard the ad on the G. Gordon Liddy show.

Cavalry Arms is tops in my book. Not a dealer in the same vein as Sportsmans Supply, But you allways get what you expected from Shawn.

It would have to be BBC Weapons Armory in Hiram, Ohio. I have bought many guns from them and have always been treated fairly. It's the first place I check when I need anything in the AR or AK areas. I think most people in N.E. Ohio who go to any of the shows know Frank and Karen Byrne.

Gotta throw my .02 in for J&T Firearms in Kentucky. They do the local show in Tennessee. They are always knowledgable and the prices and AR-15 parts quality is great.

Gary White sold me a Stoner and it was perfect.

JC Armory (now Lackawaxen since they beat it out of NJ) is always good.

My local dealer is Dean's Guns. Ruger Firearms Specialists and Chief AJ custom stuff. Dean doesn't even answer the phone, much less have a computer.

I have always had good luck at Just Guns in Austin. They are friendly, usually reasonably priced, stock MGs, SBRs and suppressors, and cheerfully entertain stupid questions.

In the Denver area this place is hard to beat for prices. It's a tiny shop and not a lot of stock but they order anything and everything. They have no problem dealing in non PC firearms too.

Friends, Juggernaut and I got the chance to meet Havoc at the Smyrna Gun Show Saturday. That Stoner AR was one BAD Mama-Jama rifle! I may have to make a detour to Fayetteville next time I head east!

Jersey City Armory all the way! Greg Monte is a stand up guy.

I've bought two new Bushmasters from him, and I pointed one of my colleagues in his direction, and he ended up buying from Greg as well (after looking around at lots of other places).

Not only does Greg have great prices, but he'll totally stand behind his stuff. When I had a cosmetic problem with my second Bushmaster, he immediately offered to take it back and exchange it - no questions asked. Ultimately I worked it out with Bushmaster (since the problem wasn't Greg's fault) - but I appreciated his offer.

HoGuns in San Antonio. (210) 521-2288. Wayne has a great selection, reasonable prices, service is great. I bought my AR, SKS, and two Makarovs from him. Most of his ammo is cheaper than wal-mart.

Wayne doesn't have the condescending attitude that many dealers have, and he is always willing to take time to answer my questions.

He has AK's, AR's, a .50 or two, bolt guns, shotguns, etc, and if he doesn't have it, he can probably find it.

My friendly neighborhood dealer here in the Houston area. He will order anything and sell for 10% over his cost. I have not found a shop that can even come close to any price I have gotten from him.
