In most cases you will probably eventually get an answer from a representative of the company, but I don't think there is any prohibition against the rest of us pitching in with answers. Remember that unlike us (well me anyway) some of the Industry people have lives and aren't on Arfkom all day and night.

I guess Colt is the exception as I don't think they technically have a presence on the board, rather board members knowledgeable about their products answer the questions there, at least that's how I think it works.

Some company forums will most likely be removed shortly as companies continue to strain for time to handle questions here. As Industry Partners, it's their choice. [=)]

Remember that these guys are usually busting their tails to ensure quality service and products for us!

I just meant that some of the forums which companies aren't able to maintain may be removed since they are the ones who make that decision. It really doesn't help them to have questions go unanswered because of time constraints. [=)]

Just be thankful for the people who spend time in here to help us all out AND fit it into their busy schedules! [;)]
