Don't be surprised at my pick. As much as we punch each other back and forth here, I'm sure if we had to rely on each other he'd cover me good, and vice versa. Plus he's a fan of iron sights, IIRC, and I like relying on basic principles first.

Plus, if I died he'd have to find a new fire mission online.

If I had a choice, I'd pick my bro-in-law. I trust him, he's former .mil, a quick thinker, a hunter and a current shooter and gunsmith with substantial knowledge in survival. Most of that you can find all over, but the trust part needs to be earned.

you know, just from reading your posts, just about any of y'all but, really, you can't say til you really know a guy (or gal).

i got a buddy from the corps, i woulda trusted to have my back but one day, when the chips were down, he blew it big time. he's still a great friend and i'd do anything for him, but i'd never trust him to have my back...

that was crushing when i found that out.
