I'm feeling that I need to give a bit of moola to a group/organization that supports the armed forces, but I just don't know which one to choose. Websites would be great. Thanks.

The Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund honors the bravery and dedication exhibited by Americans in our armed forces who have sacrificed life and limb by providing educational scholarships to their children. You can donate by going to their website: freedomaliance.org

You going to think I'm nuts...

The National Museum of Civil War Medicine.

They (we)have a new program of teaching medical unit team building for medical hospital units, med logistics and med support units and fmedical policy making to facility commanders and field commanders. These training sessions have been extremely popular with both enlisted and officers and I am proud to say that in the case of the 6th MLMC ( med logistics) we were credited with making their deployment teams more viable because of our history based training. Those guys just went to the field this past Monday.

Just a thought. You money would go to buy materials and help provide more classes for these medical teams of all three services.

You can see the website ( we keep military training mostly off web at military request ) at www.civilwarmed.org

I just realized that I didn't include the quote about the special forces fund.

If you need $25, I will send it to you. Thank you for your service, I appreciate the fact you are making a sacrifice so that I may enjoy the way of life I am accustomed too.
