Ted Kennedy is the dumbest criminal of all time, on several different levels, but he is not the most evil.

Manson had innocent people killed, including a pregnant woman, in order to start a race war and live as ruler of the world after armageddon. I'm watching it on the History Channel right now. He was a sick bastard.

But I think child murderers are worse. Who was that twisted SOB who killed Polly Klaas?
