Anyone else have trouble avoiding a fight?

I was at my friend's bar tonight and it's always cool to see a fight break out so you have something to do anyway,

Choose a side and see what happens.  Who cares how old/big she/he is!

And the pic:

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought the point was to win.  In order to win you attempt to inflict the most possible damage in the shortest amount of time.  The other guy does the same.  That's not really my idea of a good time.

I avoid fights, if I do fight I have to win at any cost.

if you lose you learn to fight better next time..

Winning all the time gets boring and dont teach anything.

Yeah I think that's the point.  I'm a lover of course, not a fighter.  I can't help but to love a good fight being tried and jumping in the middle of it.  As long as you're on the right side when it ends.

I don't like conflict.

Who would?

But if it's already happening why not get in it on the good side?

Maybe I should head off to Iraq in tha case....

From the title, I thought this was going to be a gay thing.

The blonde bombshell destroyin' men
Her blue eyes are smokey like an opium den
First she giggles and blows you a kiss
Then she'll whisper sweet nothings like a serpent's hiss

Bar fights are the suck.  Weird shit tends to happen, and Murphy rules.

When you grow  up you will find that when adults fight, quite often, someone is seriously injured or dies. Others go to jail or prison. Cool? Yeah, way cool.

I avoid fights too.  Why, first off, I hate pain, it hurts.  Secondly, I am not good at fights.  I win some, I lose some, but rule # 1 always comes into play.  Pain hurts.  Lastly, as an adult, fights take on new meaning.  If I am angry enough to hit someone, I am angry enough to shoot someone.  That isn't' good and I don't let myself get to that point, EVER.  Now, if someone hits me first or threatens my family...GAME ON.  That person better have his life insurance paid up because as stated before, if I am angry enough to swing....

Well obviously you guys aren't as tough as I am (internet or real life) so I should find a different forum for this.

Fighting is awesome when you win every time.

And if things get really hairy, like more than 6 guys against me, I have an AR15 custom made for me by Colt that breaks down into 4 pieces and stows easily in my backpack that I always have with me.

This has nothing to do with taking rounds to the back or anything while my wife assembles a NEF .300 mag.

I've been around the ERRORNET long enough to know that shit is a joke.

Um, not sure if that was intended to be humor, but I hope so.

For me, I'll try and talk my way out of a fight. But if the other dude is hell bent on fisticuffs, I'll be damned if I'm gonna back down.

It may not be very mature, but I'd rather go down swinging than walk away.

So what about breaking up a fight?

Is it okay to whack the guy who's winning with an ASP baton?

And I'm sure you will have time to assemble your "custom" AR when your in a situation that demands the use of lethal force.
