Damn it's fun!  Went today for the first time, raft flipped once...and someone fell on top of me while I was underwater...but it was still fucking awesome!

Rafted the White Nile from Bujagali Falls on down a ways.
Good times. Even if you go in.

Yeah, it was great...A bit uncomfortable when I was pushed back down, while I was trying to come up for air though, but I can't wait to go again.  Gonna try the royal gorge in a few weeks, then back to clear creek in June next year.

Rafted the Gauley River in WV in '92 or '93. 2 day trip, we rafted the upper and lower Gauley. Total blast, I've been wanting to do it again ever since.

in '92 we did the New River on a Saturday, then our guide asked us if we wanted to stay another day and have him guide us down the lower Gauley, it was a blast. I got the "big suck" when we went thru a rapid and the boat bent and I lost my foot hold, and over I went.

One of my favorite hobbies, we have some good runs in the area.

If you really want adrenaline, try it in a kayak. Scariest thing I do. Getting shot at would be scarier, but not much.

I want to try different areas, I figure CO is a good place to start though.  I'm sunburned, and sore now...but it was too much fun not to go again!

I may try it, I just got a kayak a few months back, and have only used it on mild water.

Ok, I woke up this morning...and am sore as hell.  I guess I'm getting too old for this shit.

But I'm too stupid to stop.
