Damn it's fun! Went today for the first time, raft flipped once...and someone fell on top of me while I was underwater...but it was still fucking awesome!

GFs brother is a guide we usually go on 1-2 multi day trips a year. And yes its wicked fun.

Yeah, it was great...A bit uncomfortable when I was pushed back down, while I was trying to come up for air though, but I can't wait to go again. Gonna try the royal gorge in a few weeks, then back to clear creek in June next year.

Rafted the Gauley River in WV in '92 or '93. 2 day trip, we rafted the upper and lower Gauley. Total blast, I've been wanting to do it again ever since.

I got the "big suck" when we went thru a rapid and the boat bent and I lost my foot hold, and over I went. |

If you really want adrenaline, try it in a kayak. Scariest thing I do. Getting shot at would be scarier, but not much.

I want to try different areas, I figure CO is a good place to start though. I'm sunburned, and sore now...but it was too much fun not to go again!
