Me - New Hampshire.
We considered it before choosing Colorado, and I'm beginning to think about it once again as anti gun legislation is discussed here in Colorado. I love the geography/topography of New England in general. I spent much time in the "woods" in my earlier years, and living in the desert doesn't "scratch that itch". Also the history, ability to travel internationally, and the motorcycling seems great. |

MT, WY, ID, OR, WA.......
I love the PNW....just take Seattle and Portland doucheknuckles out of the equation |
|
Wyoming and Texas. I'm a fan of wide open spaces and both fit the bill.

|
I'm hearing New York just passed some gun laws. It sounds pretty safe to me.

I grew up in Florida and spent about 15 years in Oklahoma. I moved to Texas and finally feel "home". But if I could ever find a network job in Idaho I would probably move. Probably not on a permanent basis, but it would be awesome to spend 5 years flying around. |

Not quaint, lots of shitty development and poor community planning, etc. I was a local LEO up there for a few years. It was always fun to see the Massholes realize that emergency services were 20 minutes away on a good day. I remember one lady in a new home near the woods calling dispatch from under her bed screaming that there was someone shooting at her house. It was deer season, and apparently she'd never heard a gun in her life. She moved back to MA. |

Lived in Meredith NH for a year and as a born and raised Georgian, I loved it.
I would like to live in Alaska for a while. |
|
I love Florida and I will die here, but I've always wanted to at least spend some time in Arizona, as long as I have my guns with me.
Unlimited shooting ranges in the desert, as far as the eye can see.... And Washington might be cool to see. |
|
Thank the gods that no one has mentioned Missouri. There are too many gun nuts here already.

I've been all over the west, and I could pick a half dozen places I could be happy living. However, the geography of the gulf coast states have always intrigued me. Can't say for sure I would like to live there, but I will visit some day.

Hi guys, long time lurker just got an account.
Texas, Wyoming. I'm in the Madison area and the political climate gets to be a bit much at times. The upside is there's lots of good food |
|
I'd like to give Florida a try
ETA: Lived in TX, LA and CO briefly |
|
Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, or Texas.
I was born and raised in Florida. When I retire I will be getting the fuck out of here. We've turned into California East. |
|
I would like to live down in the Florida Keys for a couple of years. It would be fun to party and enjoy the beaches. But eventually the high cost of living and constant party would get old...
I have a friend who bought property in Puerto Rico, which is an unincorporated territory of the US. That might be fun... I am a Native West Texan and I won't move where it is colder than it is here. In fact I will probably end up down on the Texas coast somewhere... |
|
Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, and maybe Oregon
ETA- Texas also ofcourse |
|
Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona. Too many fucking liberals polluting Nevada.

West Virginia, beautiful country! It sure is. Drove through WV a few years back, and considered it briefly as a place to live. |

I love the White Mountain area- That's where we were looking at the time. |

Tennessee.
I have a lot of family there, and I love every minute I spend there. |

I don't want to go anywhere other than here - Idaho! that's where I wanna go! |
|
Mine is more of a region...
Montana, Wyoming, The Dakotas, Utah, Colorado, Idaho |
|
Being in the Army, I've lived in NY, PA, VA, GA, and SC.
The one place I always love to visit, and want to own land in some day is WV. |

Vermont, but I do think about Bozeman often. Pretty place, but I think you'd find a lot of the same type of people you'd be escaping from. |
|
Montana or Wyoming...lots of open space and fewer people...all sounds good to me right now.
