A pound of tungsten and a pound of lead weigh the same.

Heaver? Heavier?

Tungsten - W - atomic number 74

Lead - Pb - atomic number 82

Lead should be more dense.

Which is heavier a pound of gold or a pound on feathers?

Heaver? ummm, pick up equal amounts and maybe you can tell which is heaver.

Tungsten is more dense. Which one is heavier...well, it depends. How much of each do you have?
