Seriously WTF? I thought I'd get one as a Christmas present and can't find one anywhere?
Is Keltec just behind on production or what? |
|
Keltec is in a constant state of 'behind in production', it doesn't matter what model you are talking about.
|
|
My understanding is that KT only has the production ability to make 1 type of gun at once and they just haven't made any runs of 'em recently.
|
|
where are all the keltec __________?
not an uncommon question for any of their shit i've been on a waiting list for a ksg forfuckingever |

When you can find one, they're carrying a big premium over msrp.
My suggestion is to look at armslist- and local shows. |
|
I had posted an ar15 upper for sale on FB a few weeks ago and had 3 sub 2ks offered on trade. I haven't seen one in months then 3 offers on trade in a matter of a few days.

I paid 460 OTD for a new one last year.
Glock 17 model. I know a paid a little more than I should have but let me tell you, it's worth it. Awesome gun, and until someone else comes out with something reliable that folds to the size of a computer bag and takes glock mags you're left with few alternatives. |

The only Kel-Tecs you can expect to regularly find are their .380 and 9mm pocket pistols. Everything else is an absolute crap shoot. I can count on one hand the combined number of RFBs, KSGs, and PMR-30s I've seen in person, and I go to easily 10 gun shows a year.

Strike while the iron is hot. ![]() |

KelTec products are easy to find. Just open a gun magazine and there is an ad on every other page. Cut out and paste on your Penthouse girlfriend to complete your miserable life!

My FFL got one in 2 weeks ago, the Glock 9mm version. I was there when UPS dropped it off, I asked how much he said $340

I got lucky at a gun show last year and bought a new Sub 2000 (Glock 17 model) for $350.00. The gal (from Pompano Beach), had 3 of them.
I love the thing! I've never had a failure of any kind (my hand loads). The 16" barrel turns the 9 mm into a hard hitting round out to 100 yards or so. Lots of fun to shoot! They're kind of scarce from what I've seen. |

Glad I snagged mine when I did about a year ago. My only complaint is that it's a Berretta-mag version rather than a Glock mag, but oh well...
So now I have the needed mags for it, and once I snag a decent case, it will become my trunk gun. |
