It's kinda cool to look through other cities newspapers when I get a package with them. Especially the smaller town papers. Gives some insight into how other people live and what they experience, some articles are a hoot.

I often look for the name of the paper and the date.  I rarely read anything more.

I don't read all of it but skim over the pages for interesting sounding articles. I look at the classifieds too. Never know what you may find that you can get a great price for.

+1

I alos enjoyed reading the "found" papers that were stashed in a wall during an electrical install and the newpapers used as filler in some junction boxes that were plastered over in 1946...

I always do that! It's pretty cool to kind of see what the voices of other states are writing about.

I get alot of imported live fish from South America and newspaper is commonly used to wrap the coolers. Their adds in the paper make the Victoria Secret catalog seem tame!

Oh and the wimmenz is HOT!

All the time.

I'm reading a 1939 issue of Popular Mechanics right now. Fascinating. Old reading materials from the past are interesting if for no other reason then to see what those in that time period thought was "up to date".

And the ads................

I usually check out the classifieds if there are any.  It's really great when stuff comes wrapped in Shotgun News pages.
