Quoted:

By law there are no alcohol sales allowed between 2AM and 7AM M-Sat (2AM and noon on Sunday), I've never been into a MI bar that had last call at 2am, they want you to have your drink in hand  by 2AM and finished by 2:30AM, the sale is considered  complete when the exchange of possession of the alcoholic beverages takes place.

No  consumption on the licensed premise is allowed after 2:30AM, be it patron, owner or employee.
