It's actually 'Burdizzo', named after the Italian Company that produces it.

Eric, if any PETA types see that device, they'll have a spaz for sure. LOL. I'm sure that picture will end up on their message board sooner or later (along with an explanation as to what it is used for) since we have a few guys who play around with them.

What you friend in Agri-Sci must have been thinking about is the 'Elastrator' which uses 'rubber bands' to cut off the blood supply to the testicles.

I don't think that Burdizzo ever made one.
