The guy in the Ghillie suit is right handed and he's using a left handed bolt action rifle.

Just to the right of center, below the brown splotch on top of a pile of rocks, there seems to be one of the deadly species of 'thumbhole-stock-rifle' snakes in the process of blending into the background unnoticed...
