He is in prison and his case concerning the manufacture of machineguns is waiting on the Supreme Court.

He got into a wee bit more trouble by soliciting a "hit" on the judge who sentenced him IIRC...

We can only hope that the SCOTUS upholds the 9th circuit court's opinion that his MGH conviction was invalid.....

That doesn't help his case much! Wonder why THAT never hit all the gun boards that were supporting him over his original case. |
