I guess so. I was googleing something else and that came up. I had a vague recollection of something so I asked here what was up.

We can only hope that the SCOTUS upholds the 9th circuit court's opinion that his MGH conviction was invalid.....

Wonder why THAT never hit all the gun boards that were supporting him over his original case.
