I just got done working out. The nordic trak machine I work out on measures your heart rate. Usually I'll be in the 160's while I'm working out.

Okay, I got it down to 88. I must go meditate now and get it lower. Funny, before surgery last year I was at 62. Sgtar15

Depending on how nice my heart condition is being... Resting anywhere from 60 to a bit over 250 bpm. I've been told that exercise would kill me. Av.

Mine usually sits in the low to mid 50's. I don't recall it ever being any lower than that. Kevin.

Main Entry: 1rest Pronunciation: 'rest Function: noun Etymology: Middle English, from Old English; akin to Old High German rasta rest and perhaps to Old High German ruowa calm Date: before 12th century 1 : REPOSE, SLEEP; specifically : a bodily state characterized by minimal functional and metabolic activities 2 a : freedom from activity or labor b : a state of motionlessness or inactivity c : the repose of death 3 : a place for resting or lodging 4 : peace of mind or spirit Hmmm, no, I still don't get it. What's this supposed to mean? Especially the freedom from activity or labor is puzzling me...
