It has to be bacon for me, pork tends to be tasteless without rubs, seasoning, etc.  Even bacon has to be cured, smoked and such.

I've not had a bite of pig I didn't love.  

First up I guess is shoulder.  I can make pork steaks, pulled pork, sliced pork, ham, or buck board bacon from it.  Next up I'll take belly and make classic bacon.  I suppose 3rd place goes to the spare ribs, you can keep your loin back ribs, those are for crappy chain restaurants.  Loin is great, same for tenderloin.
