Most of those are reruns from old documentaries. There are, however some new ones that seem quite interesting (The Footsteps of Bin Laden, Bin Laden's Spy, etc.). A couple are already DVR'ed and future ones are scheduled to be DVR'ed.

As to why, I don't know. Maybe because he is public enemy number one? Personally, I like watching these and other documentary style programs and can't get enough. My tv stays on National Geographic, History Channel, Military Channel, Discovery Times Channel, A&E, etc.
