I've been losing out on some good deals lately on EE because I try to adhere to the new EE rules and not reply "email sent".  I send the email by using the "email user" tab and it either doesn't go thru at all or it gets to the seller much, much later than when I sent it.  I've also had others say "email sent" to me and never get it.  Any ideas on what the problem is and how to speed things up?
