I ordered some parts from a dealer in the EE and after receiving them later than expected I noticed the CAA stock I ordered looked like it might have been attached to a lower.  It still looks new but the threads on the extension tube show a little wear and the extension nut is looser (rattles freely) on the tube than other brands I own.  I open up the battery cover and inside I find the dealers ATF Form 3 for a SBR tucked inside.  It sure looks to me like the dealer decided he didn't like the stock so he took it off his own personal weapon and sold it to me as NEW.  It kind of makes me wonder about the LPK I ordered from him.  Are they real RRA parts?  They weren't in a RRA marked package and the ambi-safety is Stag (marked package), which is fine, but I ordered RRA.

Should I post the dealer's name and details or should I just call him and tell him I'm sending the stuff back and why?

Oh, he didn't enclose a receipt with the order so I have no proof in case I need to use the CAA lifetime warranty.

Call the dealer FIRST!  No need to send him to hell on ARF right away.  Give him a shot at making it right first.

Definitely call first and talk to him about resolving it or returning the items.  It might have been a bizarre mix-up, and not intentional.

If you try to resolve it, and he acts like an asshole about it, THEN you might want to post about it here.

That's my first thought.  I never heard of this guy pulling a stunt like this before and I've had good luck buying from him in the past.  Anyone know if all RRA LPK's come in a marked package?  I think I'll call him in the a.m.
